Our Services
Basic Service
Our Basic Service focuses on analyzing whether current processes and procedures meet CPSR Guidelines. Analysis can take up to three months to complete depending on the status of the Purchasing System. Consulting fees and rates are negotiated based on the complexity of the system, (i.e., green field-new to DoD purchasing, existing purchasing system with DoD contracts, etc.).
Intermediate Service
Our Advanced Service includes both the Basic and Intermediate packages and focuses on the implementation and integration of a system to address and manage CPSR compliance. Consulting fees and rates include both the business and technical aspects of implementing a compliant Purchasing System. Rates are competitive and responsive to the business. Technical consulting includes company specific changes to the software and integration with any existing purchasing or MRP systems including SAP. A small annual software licensing fee is required but has no limits on user seats (internal or supplier) or contracting value. Post implementation support for the software is available on an annual basis at negotiated levels of support.
Advanced Service
Our Intermediate Service includes the Basic Package and adds guidance for transitioning from one purchasing system to another. System transitions generally take 12-24 months or longer depending on the complexity of the new system and the number of individual sites. Consulting fees and rates are negotiated based on the estimated time required to transition.
